Welcome to the world of aerial acrobatics with Infinity Artist Club – a place where gravity becomes your partner and imagination knows no bounds. Under the guidance of experienced trainers and artists Desislava Rogoulina and Ilya Rogoulin, participants will have the opportunity to rise – literally and figuratively – and discover what it means to “fly without wings.”
In this workshop, you will learn the basics of aerial acrobatics, try out different techniques for working with aerial fabric, rings, or trapeze, and develop:
- Strength and endurance through active and fun exercises
- Flexibility and coordination through smooth, controlled movements
- Creativity and artistic expression through improvisation and movement in the air
- Trust and focus – on yourself, your body, and the space around you
What to expect?
- Warm-up games and exercises on the ground
- Demonstrations by the artists
- Individual work and safety instructions
